We realize that house is filled with tons of memories for you and your family and it will be very difficult to move on. Our partners donate and recycle as much of what they lug from your inherited home as possible, providing you and the heirs with a donation receipt for any items accepted on your behalf within 14 business days of the service. Ultimately, the donation centers they partner with have the final say on what items they accept. We cannot guarantee your items will be donated and a donation receipt provided, but our partners will do their very best to find a second home for your items.
Estate Liquidation and Tag Sale Company
Our partners offer a full array of Estate and Moving Sale Services from discrete private sales of a few items to full content liquidation and broom clean services. If you are not interested in a public estate sale, we offer direct & private buying services with fair, no quibble prices.  Some of the items we purchase include: antique and mid-century modern furniture, paintings, silver, fine and costume jewelry, china, pottery, coins, old toys, military items, and more.  We are often able to get our clients better offers and more money for their jewelry and coins than jewelers or dealers are offering to pay. Estate Attorney
New Jersey probate law can be particularly confusing and distressing, especially for those who have recently lost a loved one. With that in mind, our team of Estate Attorney partners takes the time and patience needed to help guide the family through the Probate process.

Title Company

When the owner of a home has died, the requirement for title insurance is even more important, as there are potential claimants of the Estate, heirs or other interested parties who have or may have an interest in the house.  Those estate issues will be handled through the administration of the Probate Estate, but title insurance is still required, and those estate issues will need to be addressed satisfactorily to induce the title insurer to issue the title insurance policy.

With the Probate Estate, there are notices that must be sent to known creditors and known heirs as well as notice to be published in the paper for unknown creditors and unknown heirs.  These notices are followed by a 6-month claims period (which can be shortened by the mailing of actual notices to specific creditors and heirs). 

If you are unfamiliar with title insurance, title insurance is an indemnity policy that insures against loss resulting from defects of title to real property that result in a challenge to your ownership, unknown liens, encumbrances or other defects, unmarketable title, as well as from the invalidity or unenforceability of mortgage liens depending on the type of policy being purchased.  Unlike other insurances, it is purchased by a one-time premium payment paid at closing. It differs from other insurance in that rather than protecting against a potential future event it insures against events that occurred in the past of the real property and people who owned it.
